To provide a full solution in line with the evolution technology, ALA OFFICINE SPA since a long time combined its hydraulic swivel joints with electrical applications for every type of use. Our high-quality electrical slip rings handle both power and digital signals (CANbus, Ethernet, etc.) and can be completed with integrated position sensors. These solutions are engineered to meet the most demanding operating conditions (various temperatures and environments), with protection ratings up to IP68.
PRODUCTION
All processes are managed by a modern production system (MES) and an advanced computer system for programming and managing the activities of the most modern numerically controlled machine tools, numerically controlled work centers and automatic production systems. In total, the machine park has 70 units divided into the following types:
- 4-axis CNC work centers for dimensions up to 800 x 600 x 1,500 mm;
- CNC lathes for diameters up to 1,000 mm and lengths up to 2,500 mm;
- CNC swivel-head grinding machines for dimensions up to Ø 600 x 2,000 mm;
- MAG welding machines, welding robots with WPS and welders certified EN ISO;
- Automatic painting, ultrasonic cleaning and pressure testing systems;
- Automatic vertical warehouses;
All of the operators in the production departments are trained to the use of the MES to manage production progress and to record times and methods.
To ensure maximum precision and accuracy in mechanical processing, temperature control is managed in the production department with adequate temperature range between seasons.
The last 5,000 m² warehouse was built and equipped according to the most modern systems to ensure maximum cleanliness and operational efficiency for the assembly, testing and painting phases.
