ALA OFFICINE SPA has always believed in the company management system aimed at continuous improvement. In 1996, it obtained for the first time the certification of its company quality management system according to the UNI EN ISO 9001 regulation.

The Ala Officine metrology room is equipped with modern instruments and reaches its peak with the Zeiss Contura continuous scanning measuring machine. This system guarantees maximum precision and accuracy of the controls and is an essential tool to guarantee the quality of our hydraulic swivel joint.

Costantly In Research Of The Most Advanced Solutions And Materials

The Ala Officine R&D department was recently renovated and built in an equipped area. In this department, new solutions and new materials are continuously tested. To support this, there are two benches test that are able to faithfully simulating the work that the hydraulic swivel joints will do in the field with real working pressures and operating temperatures.

The more modern of the two is also a fluid dynamics bench capable of measuring and providing a series of fundamental data for the design of the final hydraulic circuit (pressure drop, rotation torque, etc.).
